Gave my friend Douglas some parameters

WHERE ARE MY HANDCUFFS?

Hi, do you want me to give, I have.
Have you "put in" some other bothered dream?
I woke up but it was the end of the poem.
I was over flying at the world buildings
Having put you in some other phrases
I was yrs, stuffed into the world
I was having the sort of "couldn’ts” you have.

We were out of that gypsy now.
Our chin was tired. The static helmet
Throbbed for a dark empty nut.
All night we sat in a floppy grip
Massaging the darkness into submission.

    Why aren't the parameters posted?
Maybe that is why the poems are so bad. Well they're not that bad. I really like Billy Collins!

In the dining room there is a brown fish
hanging on the wall who swims along
in his frame while we are eating dinner.

He swims in candlelight for all to see,
as if he has been swimming forever, even
in the darkness of the ink before someone thought

to draw him and the thin reeds waving in his stream
and the clear pebbles strewn upon the sand.
No wonder he continues his swimming

deep into the night, long after we have
blown out the candles and gone upstairs to bed.
No wonder I find him in the pale morning

light, still swimming, still looking out at me
with his one, small, spellbound eye.

Billy Collins, or "BC" is a corporate sellout like the BigMac, but, to be fair the BigMac is tasty. I wouldn't want to eat Billy Collins.
